Wild Card by Frank Garcia

This routine for the 'Wild Card' is excellent and should knock your spectators eyes out.

For those not familiar with the Wild Card premise, let us detail the effect. Nine cards are shown; eight have identical faces whilst the ninth (The Wild card), has a different face. Let's assume that the eight cards are all the Two of Clubs and the Wild Card is the Jack of Hearts. By a series of simple moves you cause all nine cards to become Jack of Hearts.

If you've never seen this effect before, we strongly urge you to try this in your routine. It is certainly a classic of card magic. Basic sleights are used throughout and it is definitely within the scope of the dedicated amateur.
