EFFECT: You show two sticks which you say were made in ancient China. One has a long cord with a tassel at the end, and the other a short cord with its tassel on the end. You now puli on the short cord making it stretch and as if by magic the long cord becomes smaller. You repeat this several times, each time making the effect more and more magical until the audience cannot fathom how the effect is done.
